First is the Disability Discrimination Act of 1995 (DDA) with further legislation planned to strengthen it and to meet commitments of a European Union Employment Directive. To ensure that all users and customers in the global market can engage, Pegasystems has added new accessibility support to meet the requirements imposed by the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Disability Discrimination Act (UK) as well as other accessibility requirements in the EU. |
