An official of the Disbandment of Illegal Armed Groups (DIAG) General Abdul Jalal said Khwaja Mohammad Nabi, an ex-commander of Jamiat-i-Islami Afghanistan led by Prof Burhanuddin Rabbani, surrendered his weapons included two tanks of Soviet era, one mortar, one RPG and some other light and heavy weapons.
