The state Division of Highways (eventually to become Caltrans) built the Pasadena Freeway, completing the first freeway in the West in 1940. Craig, a retired employee of the old State Division of Highways, discovered the vehicle in a farmyard barn in Coloma in 1951. Current contracts with the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, are managed from this office. |
