Drug safety risk management in the clinical development phases of a drug's lifecycle too often is relegated to serious adverse event (SAE) reporting and the accumulation of Development Core Safety Information (DCSI) that ultimately defines the label data.
Drug safety risk management and the processes whereby companies manage the various issues that arise in drug safety ("Signal Management", regulatory responses, among others) are often spread across various staff members who address these issues.
Together these two reports will provide a holistic understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and implications of drug safety risk management for executives and operating managers in all key functional areas within the biopharmaceutical industry.
