The Digivance LRCS allows us to use the existing resources from the actual EBTS (Enhanced Base Transceiver Station) to extend capacity to the Resort, and the SONAbeam provides interference-free wireless backhaul at a fraction of the cost of laying fiber. Digivance LRCS transports RF signals digitally from a Nextel enhanced base transceiver station (EBTS) to remote locations, inside buildings, urban canyons, or tunnels that are located up to 10 miles away from the EBTS. These EBTS sites communicate with a Mobile Switching Office (MSO) through the use of dedicated Extended Super Frame formatted T1 facilities. |
