The new world-scale EG2 unit, with a total capacity of 600,000 metric tonnes per year, is part of TKOC's planned Olefins II ethylene and derivatives complex. Sections were incubated at room temperature with monoclonal antibodies directed against CD3, CD4, CD8 (T lymphocytes), EG2 (eosinophils), AA1 (tryptase-positive mast cells), CD68 (macro-phages), and NE (neutrophils). Suitable sections (those with visible epithelium, reticular basement membrane, and subepithelium) were stained for eosinophils using EG2 antibodies as previously described (16). |
