This study identifies the most common barriers and enablers as the Services go forward with PBL implementation, determines if there are relationships between these barriers and enablers, and also evaluates the success of PBL implementation.
Enabler Development: BPR being a radical change process needs an enabler that would help make the change happen.
The announced enablers include mobile browsing, multimedia messaging service (MMS), digital rights management (DRN4), domain name service DNS) lookup, mobile content download, email push notification, and user/device profiles.
