We are suspicious of this, as once a member has been rostered and an EREL application is subsequently received for that person, it should be a simple matter of the employer replacing them for that day.
Before October Last year, EREL was only available to union members where the workplace had a collective agreement.
Attendance at EREL seminars entitles you to ordinary pay for that day.
