The ESCC is proposing that "the right to dissent may not be exercised concurrently with the establishment of linguistic school boards. The complaint filed today alleges that Randolph Deer and Wayne Zink of Indianapolis, Indiana, principals in The Raintree Group LLC and DZ Enterprises, have engaged in fraud, civil racketeering and breach of contract in an attempt to secure control of ESCC and oust its president and founder. ESCC is an advisory body to the Steering Committee for the Energy Sciences network (ESnet), a high-speed network serving thousands of Department of Energy scientists and collaborators worldwide. |
