Class A facilities are typically defined as industrial spaces less than 20 years old that have what are called ESFR (early suppression, fast response l sprinkler systems and 30-foot ceiling clearance. The two buildings feature 36-foot ceilings, ESFR sprinklers, numerous dock doors, grade-level doors and oversized 80' x 72' bays. |
