So far it has been a slow week for commodity ETF funds. Listed on the London Stock Exchange, and domiciled in Ireland, the new ETF is designed to replicate the performance of the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index (total return) covering the 50 largest companies in the Eurozone. According to a back-test of the methodology, the Equal Sector Weight ETF would have lost 35% in 2008, compared with the S&P 500's 37% decline. |
