Unlike the larger financial systems and technologies such as the ERP systems and primary database management systems (DBMS), EUC systems are generally less visible, highly distributed and not tested as often (if at all) by corporations.
There are real benefits to being plugged into the EUC network of real estate professionals.
But experts believe that adaptive mechanisms will become even more prevalent in the future, as EUC companies grapple with consolidation, regulatory uncertainty, swings in supply and demand, and other volatility factors.
