Byline: ANI Washington, Jan 6 (ANI): Mayo Clinic researchers have offered new insights into the effectiveness of a new, less invasive procedure called global endometrial ablation (GEA) to stop heavy menstrual bleeding.
The mum of two went into the James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough, for an endometrial ablation - a minor procedure which removes part of the womb lining - in April 2007.
