NYSE: TXT) company, announced today that its Tactical Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) Airbag Protection System, known as TRAPS, has successfully completed testing at the Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center (EMRTC) in Socorro, New Mexico.
Lopez, President of New Mexico Tech, said, "We needed a way to move real time high speed video imagery from field tests at our Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center (EMRTC) facility to researchers, students, and others, with communications equipment that could be repositioned quickly for different tests.
It is home to New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center, and New Mexico State Fire Academy along with numerous wildlife refuges and historical mission churches.
