SRI collaborated with the Computational Genomics Group at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), a part of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, to add 142 new databases to the BioCyc collection. Also includes document by the European Bioinformatics Institute the NIEHS National Center for Toxicogenomics, and the Health and Environmental Sciences Institute/International Life Sciences Institute in which these groups propose definitions for MIAME/Tox, which is would add toxicogenomics annotations to the basic MIAME content framework.
