Exploratory factor analysis with oblique rotation produced two distinct factors reflecting a "tactic"-based factor and a "strategy"-based factor.
Subsequent exploratory factor analysis and principle component analysis with varimax rotation suggested three interpretable factors: "frequency of e-learning use," "training received in e-learning" and "prior use of e-learning" with 15 items between them.
This factor structure has been suggested by exploratory factor analysis on an initial sample of subjects (N = 1,889) receiving outpatient physical therapy care, (23) and has been supported by confirmatory factor analysis on a second sample of subjects (N=1,149) who also were receiving outpatient physical therapy care.
