19 allows a PR who "files a complete return" to make a written application to the FDOR for a determination of the amount of tax and a discharge from personal liability. 13(1) requires the PR to file with the FDOR an executed copy of the federal estate tax return. The system, named SUNTAX (System for Unified Taxation), replaces the FDOR's legacy corporate income tax system with an integrated tax system that will revolutionize the way the FDOR does business with taxpayers. |
