This list of Recovery Act-funded Civil Works projects includes approximately 172 construction projects, 523 operation and maintenance projects, 45 Mississippi River and tributaries projects, 64 investigations projects, and nine projects under the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP).
Shaw has worked at the Maywood site since 1999 under the Corps' Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP), a federal initiative to clean legacy sites from the early atomic energy and weapons program.
Projects include supporting the DoD Environmental Restoration Program (ERP), Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program, the Environmental Protection Agency's Superfund Program, Defense Environmental Restoration Projects (DERP), Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP), Hazardous Substances Management Software (HSMS), and the Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP).
