City of London Police charged 61-year-old GFX Capital Markets boss Terry Freeman with a string of financial offences. The 60-year-old man from Essex, eastern England, was arrested on Monday by officers investigating GFX Capital Markets Ltd, a currency fund that recently stopped trading, a spokeswoman for City of London police said. In March of 2005, separate juries found that Medtronic's GFX and Microstent II infringed Cordis' Palmaz (762) and Schatz (984) patents, and that Boston Scientific's NIR stent infringed the Palmaz patent. |
