2007, Estimating variation of groundwater storage within the Great Lakes Water Basin from GRACE, soil moisture and lake levels: Joint International GSTM
and DFG SPP Symposium, October 15-17, 2007, GFZ Potsdam, Germany, 15 p.
Deletion of GSTT 1 and GSTM
1 was assessed by multiplex PCR and genotyping of CYP2E1 was performed using a PCR-based restriction fragment length polymorphism assay with the restriction enzyme PstI and the gene CYP1A1 using the restriction enzyme MspI.
Copy number of GSTs examining showed that five classes of GST genes in common carp have undergone the gene duplications, including MGST1, GSTK, GSTM, GSTA and GSTT.
As shown in Figure 2, all GSTs fall into three main branches that are comprised of eleven sub-branches, with GSTK solely in a clade, MAPEGs in a clade, and GSTO, GSTZ, GSTR, GSTA, GSTP, GSTM and GSTT in a clade, respectively.
If a patient has a null GSTM
SNP and history indicates, cautiously consider oral or IV-chelated toxic metal test and treatment.
We tested the HIV-1 PBA against two commercial enzyme immunoassays (EIAs), the GSTM
rLAV HIV-1 EIA (Bio-Rad) and the DETECT HIV EIA (Adaltis), and a Western blot (WB) assay (Calypte Biomedical Corp.
This antibody combination did not detect GSTP1-1 or GSTM
concentrations as high as 350 [micro]g/L, but it gave identical titration curves for GSTA from human liver, recombinant GSTA1-1, and purified human liver GSTA1-1 and GSTA1-2 (data not shown).
