Records, a Sherman Oaks-based label owned and operated by Tesh himself (and will someday soon merge with K-Tel) announces the release this week of ``Victory: The Sports Collection,'' a 13-track soothing celebration of Tesh's sports-related musical triumphs - not just the ballads, but the man himself on acoustic piano, synthesizer and something called the synclavier drums.
