The Global Harmonization Task Force (GHTF) examines the way countries around the world develop procedures, programs and regulations through the research of five study groups: premarket evaluation, post-market vigilance, quality systems, auditing and clinical safety and performance.
The terms will follow lists from FDA's Center for Devices and the Global Harmonization Task Force (GHTF) for medical devices.
The alternate submission procedure being evaluated is based on a proposed guidance document developed by the Global Harmonization Task Force (GHTF)--an international consortium of government officials and industry representatives working to encourage regulatory harmonization for medical devices.
