15 2:30 A HILS SYSTEM FOR UAV ATTITUDE DATA SYNCHRONIZATION Lamarious Carter, Kamal Ali Jackson State University Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), particularly the smaller ones (Miniature Aerial Vehicles, MAV) are being used to extend the visual field of the user.
HILS integrates the latest identification and location technologies available today, such as Ultra-Wideband (UWB), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Wi-Fi and active radio-frequency identification (RFID), with Honeywell's process automation system, Experion[R] Process Knowledge System (PKS).
This HILS system will be presented for the first time at the Fifth International Modelica Conference to be held at arsenal research in Vienna, Austria on September 4th - 5th, 2006.
