We anticipate that GLP will experience both sharp revenue and earnings growth in pace with what was experienced after HSPL was integrated into the enterprise. Regarding the ongoing opportunity to derive value from the recent GLP acquisition, Liu commented, "Similar to our experience with the acquisition of HSPL, and based on initial GLP results, we have identified significant operational synergies which we expect will translate into improved margins for both GLP and AOB on a combined basis. Similar to our acquisition of HSPL in September of 2004, where we improved sales by more than 300 percent and gross margins by nearly 20 percent in just over 12 months from the closing, we intend to create incremental value from our acquisition of GLP. |
