Mr Tobin, a Canadianwhoworked as a mechanic at a Harley Davidson garage in south London, was a member of the Hell's Angels motorcycle club, and police believe he may have been targeted by a member of a rival gang.
His membership of the Hell's Angels motorcycle club was a natural extension of his love and passion for motorcycles and those people who shared his passion.
Neil Liversidge, national chairman of the Motorcycle Action Group, said: "I have written to Stratford District Council and also to Warwick District Council objecting to the granting of any licence to the Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club or the so-called Bulldog Association to run the Bulldog Bash.
