Under the resolution, approved by consensus, the General Assembly noted the continuing cooperation and assistance of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) to further strengthen existing regional arrangements to promote and protect human rights, particularly through technical cooperation aimed at capacity-building, public information and education.
