Ross Eto, a radiologist at Hill Medical in Pasadena, said that the open magnets, known as low field magnets, are less powerful than the closed units, known as high field magnets, but provide just as good image quality in most instances. Rice recently learned that the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Transactions on Applied Superconductivity has accepted a paper she co-authored, titled "Moldable Ceramic Compounds for High Field Magnet Applications" for publication. COLUMBUS, Ohio -- OptiCell(R) places desired cells in a fluid population in close proximity to new, technically advanced high field magnet technology, resulting in purer separations with higher positive and negative yields in single use applications. |
