Specifically, we present results from the analysis of the first three waves of data collected in the Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (or HILDA) Survey, which commenced in 2001.
A major focus of the Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) survey, a Family and Community Services (FaCS) funded activity currently being carried out by the Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research, in association with the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) and the Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS) is that of the interrelationship of family dynamics and income and labour market dynamics.
