Habibie, ICMI essentially served to forge an "alliance" between expanding networks of Muslim middle- and upper-class professionals and prominent Islamic figures (suc h as Amien Rais) and the New Order regime. Many others expressed views that more directly accused the governor of pursuing the interests of Muslims in general and ICMI in particular. ICMI, the International Customer Management Institute, in its 2006 Contact Center Telework Report, referred to Jack Heacock, TelCoa's Senior Vice President, as the "Premier expert on home agents for Contact Centers". |
