USTR took steps to improve the transparency of trade negotiations by including the participation of state and local governments and other interested parties in trade negotiations through the IGPAC process.
Following the transaction, Negevtech will have access to the approximately $55,000,000 currently held in IGPAC's trust account, which will be used for its working capital, to support current opportunities and future sales initiatives, investment in R&D for development of future generation products and to pay expenses of the transaction and up to approximately $11,000,000 to objecting IGPAC Class B common stockholders.
