CHEMICALS giant Ineos Chlor is to develop a hydrogen fuel cell project at its Runcorn site.
Keynote speaker is Tom Crotty, chief executive of INEOS Olefins and Polymers - a division of the world's third largest chemical company, which has a plant at Seal Sands.
Peter Williams, from INEOS Bio, the part of the firm which makes bioethanol fuel, said: "Our technology will make a major contribution to reducing greenhouse gasses and the world's need for fossil fuels.
