Savings account deposit levels remained similar to the fourth quarter 2005 while NOW, HSA, IOLTA, and market rate checking account deposits increased $33,587,000, or 6%, compared to the fourth quarter 2005. This was the result of rate indexed pricing of municipal accounts and newly court mandated pricing on certain attorney trust accounts known as IOLTA accounts. To be eligible for legal aid under IOLTA and BCLS funding, an individual must not earn more than $11,638 per year. |
