Since the turn of the century, the growth of mobile cellular subscribers has been impressive," the ITU said in a statement.
ITU will host the 10th international Telecommunication Development Symposium (TDS-06) in Hong Kong, China, 5-7 December 2006 as part of ITU TELECOM WORLD 2006.
