Joint Venture Bankruptcy Intermet also announced that IWESA GmbH, an Intermet joint venture company, has entered bankruptcy proceedings. In October, 1996, Intermet announced the acquisition of 49% of IWESA GmbH, a precision automotive components machining plant located in Saarbrucken, Germany. |
