NASA's Imager for Magnetopause-to-Aurora Global Exploration (IMAGE) satellite recently ceased operations, bringing to a close a successful six-year mission.
The Institute was also the first to use its predecessor, the RAD6000, which has provided the computational capability for such programs as NASA's Imager for Magnetopause-to-Aurora Global Exploration (IMAGE) and the Swift Gamma Ray Observatory.
Launched March 25, the Imager for Magnetopause-to-Aurora Global Exploration (IMAGE) is depicting the region where this action takes place.
