At the March 4 meeting of the NAIC's Terrorism Insurance Implementation Working Group, which Mills chairs, Paul C. In August 2004, I met with Meg Lewis, chair of the nurse practitioner implementation working group at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, who explained the hospital was looking at creating some nurse practitioner positions, one of which would be in the emergency department. The Implementation Working Group, a coalition of pesticide manufacturers, farm group, and food processors, acknowledged that the strategy for human experiments is to "avoid the need for the 10-fold UF [uncertainty factor] for interspecies extrapolation" (Environmental Working Group 1998). |
