This correction dramatically reduces prediction error and is essential for characterizing the impulse response function of high-speed sources and detectors in optical fiber communications systems at high frequencies (up to 50 GHz). In our approach, we define two impulse response functions that characterize the kinetic behavior of an environmental agent in the body and the dynamic time-course behavior of its effect on the body. Because the impulse response of the 25-Hz filter was short compared with the length of the raw EMG bursts, this effect does not appear in Table 4 for the 25-Hz-filtered EMG profiles. |
