At the second stage it is possible, in our opinion, to reorganize the aforesaid council into an independent expert review center, which, among other things, will bear legal liability for possible violations, while the necessary efficiency level in its operation can be ensured through a system of certification and licensing of organizations. An independent Expert Review Panel reviews the SF1 program annually. As part of the agreement, the two companies have agreed on a course of action that they expect -- upon full implementation and pending completion of an independent expert review process -- will lead to the end of the lawsuit. |
