The Inland Waterways Association (IWA) is asking the public to brandish hooks and rakes and clear out the rubbish that has accumulated along the Walsall Canal.
MEMBERS of the Inland Waterways Association in Warwickshire are inviting everyone to their third meeting of the season next Wednesday.
But now Robin Williams, from the Oxford House Industrial Archaeological Society, based in Risca, near Newport, which restored the pump with the South Wales branch of the Inland Waterways Association, has slammed the way the council has let it go to ruin.
