This could be tricky because it involves following the manufacturer's instructions, recommendations, suggestions, and requirements in package inserts and/or instrument operator manuals.
Widely adopted by analytical instrument makers, the solutions-based approach has grown out of the current market conditions where as analyses have become more complex and the instrument operators am less likely to be specialists.
A further benefit of the program is that it enables the company to successfully "train the trainer," whereby one laboratory technologist can attend the classroom program, participate in the online training, and have a readily accessible tool to educate the other 10 to 20 instrument operators in their lab on operations and troubleshooting.
