If he would read the conclusions reached by the Iraq Survey Group (over 1,400 people involved, including UNSCOM) he would understand that, in 2002, Iraq was a growing threat to international peace and security.
But Charles Duelfer, who led the Iraq Survey Group, said: "The WMD investigation and debriefing of detainees has been exhausted," adding: "It was unlikely that an official transfer of WMD material from Iraq to Syria took place.
After more than 18 months, the WMD investigation and debriefing of the WMD-related detainees has been exhausted," wrote Charles Duelfer, head of the Iraq Survey Group, in an addendum to the final report he issued last year.
