The FFD Ultra320 SCSI operates at -40c to +85c and complies with the NSA, DoD, IRIG 106, US Air Force, Navy and Army procedures for data sanitization (purge). Standard timing outputs from the Mark V include a 1 PPS accurate to less than 10 nanoseconds rms to GPS/UTC, analog IRIG B time code, and serial I/O time strings. In addition, both data recorders implement VMETRO's new "Open Programming Environment for Data Recording" toolkit and are thus particularly well-suited for recording data in special purpose formats such as that specified by IRIG 106 Chapter 10, a format rapidly becoming dominant in the telemetry industry. |
