During both All Services Combat Identification Evaluation Team (ASCIET) 2000 and JCIET 2002, aircrews were able to positively identify the target in less than one percent of attempts to employ ordnance.
JCIET conducts large-scale tactical evaluations and employs sophisticated equipment from all four services to assess integration and interoperability of current and future systems, concepts, capabilities and doctrine that directly affect combat ID.
Each platform participating in JCIET tracks and identifies friendly and enemy aircraft, as well as incoming cruise missiles.
