September 16, 2009 (PARIS) -- The Chairman of the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) issued last week two decisions reshuffling partially the military leadership of the rebel group.
Darfur's most active rebel group the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) handed the men -- including 55 members of the armed forces and five police officers -- over to authorities with the ICRC's help.
