The LTSL technology enables high concentrations of chemotherapeutics to be preferentially deposited in targeted tumors and forms the basis for ThermoDox[R] which Celsion has advanced into a global Phase III clinical trial to treat hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC, or primary liver cancer) and in a Phase II clinical trial to treat recurrent chest wall (RCW) breast cancer.
