The $40 million Patient Care Tower, expected to be completed by January 2007, will be a four-story, 146,000 square-foot patient care wing featuring an expanded intensive care unit, 168 private care rooms and eight women's units with labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum rooms.
The ground floor has 20 private suites, each built for accommodating labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum birthing stages; four operating rooms; and six postsurgical suites.
