1: You seem very much against toe-ing speakers because it emphasizes high frequencies at the listening position and limits the soundstage. The subwoofer amplifiers and the five-channel system amplifier include a remote subwoofer-level control, which allows listeners to adjust bass levels from the listening position to suit their taste. Medium is only a little harder: connect the (supplied) calibrated mic, put it in your preferred listening position, and punch a code into the remote control to do an Auto EQ that attempts to mate the subwoofer to your satellites and to correct for room anomalies between 15 and 200 Hz. |
