MASTR 2004-P7 is a resecuritization of MASTR 2003-5, class 4-A-4, and ABN AMRO 2003-12, class 2-A, both of which are currently rated 'AAA' by Fitch. MASTR, a special purpose corporation, deposited the loans into the trust, which issued the certificates. The collateral of the above transactions consists of conventional, fully amortizing, jumbo-prime, 10-year to 30-year fixed-rate mortgage loans secured by first liens on one- to four-family residential properties and, in some cases, certificates from previous MASTR deals. |
