The inter-agency Human Trafficking Management Board met quarterly, and in August 2010, MOWAC, with support from an international organization, held a two-day information-sharing forum for NGO and government representatives in an effort to improve coordination among anti-trafficking stakeholders.
As challenges, MOWAC itself identifies socio-cultural constraints, behavioral and attitudinal changes and lack of sex-aggregated data for decision making.
