Validation of the Index of Organizational Reactions with the JDI, the MSQ, and Faces Scales. The MSQ is a self-report measure that asks respondents to indicate what typically happens to their sexual interest and response when they feel depressed or anxious. An often used and widely researched job satisfaction measure (Scarpello & Campbell, 1983; Spector, 1997), the MSQ is a self-report instrument that consists of 100 items that sample job satisfaction on 20 scale areas. |
